Performance Coach · NYC

I help athletes
solve performance
problems.

Strength and performance coach working with athletes across every sport. The goal is simple. Keep them prepared and available when it matters most, and figure out what that actually takes for the person in front of me.

How I work

It starts with the problem, not the plan.

The approach depends on what we're actually trying to solve. There are training principles that hold up everywhere, but the plan has to fit the reality in front of me: the athlete, the resources, the time, the constraints, what success looks like for them.

My specialty is the physical domain, but performance lives across four of them: physical, technical, tactical, and psychological. My job is to read how they overlap and, working with the athlete and everyone around them, build something that fits.

01 / Understand

Start with the reality

What are we solving? What are the constraints? Time, space, staffing, history, goals. The plan comes after that.

02 / Read the system

Physical, in context

Physical is my domain, but it lives alongside the technical, tactical, and psychological. The plan accounts for all four.

03 / Collaborate

Build it together

The athlete, the coaches, the performance team. A plan that fits reality is one everyone had a hand in.

The credibility
A career built in the performance space: pro, collegiate, private practice, and now at HSS. Years of working directly with athletes, across a lot of sports and a lot of situations, is what sharpens the judgment. Knowing what to do, and when, comes from the reps.
